*GROUP HOME/HOUSE MANAGER Full-time, CHARDON, OHIO*_*Are you an experienced direct care professional looking for career advancement? *_JFSA of Cleveland seeks caring and attentive individuals to provide in-home care for adults with Developmental Disabilities. This full-time, salaried position includes the option of medical, dental, and vision benefits, 403(b) with company match, and company-paid life insurance.*Job Summary:*Ensures immediate and efficient delivery of residential/community services to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Carries out job assignments and reports to the Regional Coordinator. Supervises and teaches DSP staff to understand the needs of people with developmental disabilities to ensure quality services to consumers.
