COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES This position is fully commission-based with additional performance incentives. Earnings are directly tied to productivity, job quality, and the solutions provided to customers. Journeyman plumbers who perform at a high level routinely earn well above traditional hourly roles. Full details of the commission structure and incentive opportunities will be discussed during the interview process. SIGN-ON BONUS Qualified candidates who are hired will be eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus. Bonus payout details and eligibility requirements will be reviewed during the interview and onboarding process. POSITION SUMMARY As a Journeyman Plumber, you will perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, and installation work. You will diagnose plumbing issues, present repair and replacement options, and complete high-quality, code-compliant work. Typical work includes fixtures, piping repairs, water heaters, drain and sewer work, and general plumbing service calls.
