License: Permanent license in Ohio or Compact license
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS), and NIHSS certification required Must-Have: -
Minimum 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying
for prior to travel assignments - Traveler must work at least every
other holiday - ECG rhythm recognition test and medication safety
assessment required during orientation - One reference from a
manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for is required for
submission Description: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital seeks
a Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse. Shifts consist of
three 12-hour days or nights. Both day and night rotations will be
considered based on operational needs. Candidates must have a
minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty
applying for prior to travel assignments. An active and valid Ohio
license or Compact license must be in hand at the time of
submission. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications must be active with
nothing pending. Travelers may be submitted for only one job at a
time within the facility. The facility reserves the right to rotate
shifts if necessary. All required modules must be completed prior
to the start date. All background checks will be reviewed, and any
open cases will not be accepted. Nurses are exempt from
nicotine-free facility requirements; however, all other travelers
must be nicotine-free. Candidates will pick up their badge at the
facility and complete fingerprints prior to the start date. An
acceptable score on required assessments is mandatory for continued
