Specialist Role: Prepare customer invoices and apply cash receipts
accurately and in a timely manner Accept credit card payments and
handle collection calls as needed Process customer credit
applications, including credit checks and references Maintain the
cash liquidity report and reconcile cash accounts Record vendor
invoices and process weekly payments and checks Preferred
Qualifications of AP/AR Specialist : Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2 years of
experience in general ledger or full-cycle accounting Prior
experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
