What You'll Do as the Accounts Payable Specialist: Process high-volume vendor invoices, including matching, coding, and entering into the ERP system. The AP Specialist will perform weekly payment runs and ensure timely and accurate payments. Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with resolving discrepancies or issues. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. The AP Specialist will maintain organized records and support internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to improve AP workflows and efficiency. What You Bring: 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting support. Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. INJUN2025
