Director of Financial Planning and Analysis What Sets Us Apart Hybrid role - 2 days from home Support executive leadership directly Build reports and develop dashboards used to support business decisions Comprehensive benefits: 401(k) match, healthcare, PTO bonus eligibility Opportunity to shape strategic vision across the organization Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting (annual, rolling, reforecasts), and long-range financial planning Build and maintain advanced financial models for business development, pricing, and investment decisions Analyze financial performance; identify variances, trends, and provide actionable insights Prepare management, board, and investor presentations, including monthly/quarterly results Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to define KPIs and support go-to-market strategy Conduct scenario analysis, cost optimization, and ROI modeling for strategic initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field-MBA or CFA a plus 7-10 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related accounting experience-preferably within tech or SaaS Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables); experience with ERP and FP&A tools-NetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Sage Strong proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and KPI development Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written verbal) skills-able to distill complex info for varied audiences Collaborative mindset, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment fpa financialanalysis BI dashboards growth development
