Job Description:
Year Up is seeking a Financial JOB Training Program Coordinator
to enrich our innovative one-year training program that focuses on
closing the opportunity divide for young adults. This role involves
coordinating training delivery, developing curriculum, and managing
corporate internship experiences. Through strategic planning and
direct engagement, the coordinator will ensure the integration of
practical financial skills with real-world applications, supporting
young adults in their journey to become seasoned professionals in
the financial industry. Develop and maintain the financial
curriculum to meet industry standards and fulfill the objectives of
Year Up. Collaborate with corporate partners to manage internship
placements and maximize learning outcomes for trainees. Monitor and
evaluate the progress of trainees, providing support and guidance
to ensure their success in the program and subsequent job
placements. Organize workshops, seminars, and other educational
activities to enhance the learning experience. Assist in the
recruitment and selection of program participants. Strong
understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and
financial analysis. Excellent organizational and communication
skills. Proficiency in educational technology and curriculum
development. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse
stakeholders, including students, corporate partners, and
educational teams. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar
certification desirable.
