seeking PT & FT Call Center / Data Entry Rep candidates to: Process
new patient registrations by accurately entering data into a
system; Handle patient prescription requests within HIPAA
guidelines; Enter refill orders for processing; Troubleshoot to
obtain missing prescription information; Resolve all data entry
related exceptions; Handle correspondence to patients (inbound
calls, chats, emails) and make outbound calls to prescribers and
