Job Description Job Description Sales Auditor I (Junior)Job at a Glance Title: Sales Auditor I (Junior) Location: Pittsburgh, PA W2 only Pay: $ 18 /hour optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match Overview This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Audit team to ensure smooth operation within the Sales Audit Department. Tasks include data entry and record management, supporting the daily operations of the team by performing audit and administrative functions to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of store sales activity. Key Responsibilities Auditing store sales by balancing daily sales to system generated reports Validating deposit information Working with store cash office personnel to research and resolve discrepancies such as missing or rejected transactions Documenting corrections and adjustments Maintaining accurate records Performing data entry related to sales audit processes Assisting in meeting weekly and monthly departmental deadlines Helping manage chargeback responses Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient operation of the Sales Audit Department Required Skills Data entry and record management experience Ability to perform audit and administrative functions to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of store sales activity Ability to balance daily sales to system generated reports Ability to validate deposit information Ability to research and resolve discrepancies such as missing or rejected transactions Ability to document corrections and adjustments Ability to maintain accurate records Ability to assist in meeting weekly and monthly departmental deadlines Required Education No Education Requirements Preferred Skills (Information not provided in the context data) Why Should I Apply?
