Full-time Faculty, Broadcast Media Production and Announcing

Waynesburg University is seeking candidates for a full-time,
faculty position in Broadcast Media Production and Announcing. The
position will begin August 2025. Salary and rank are commensurate
with experience and qualifications. A Master's Degree in a
Communication-related area is required a PhD is preferred. A
history of effective teaching in sports announcing and remote
and/or studio production courses in higher education is
preferred.
Applicant should have field experience in working as a sports
announcer and in production, including use of industry standard
post-production programs, such as the Adobe Creative Suite,
DaVinci, and other comparable tools or programs.
Teaching twelve credit hours per semester as background and
curricular needs dictate, duties such as committee assignments,
advising, curriculum development, internship facilitation, and
recruitment of students are also expected. Applications will be

The successful candidates for the position above must demonstrate a
strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University's Mission
and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her
professional responsibilities, relationships, and the mentoring of
students.
