Job Description Job Description Salary: Negotiable - based on experience Seeking experienced, motivated Project Manager for PV Solar Design and Installation Firm. You will support our operations team in managing solar projects from conception to completion. This includes scheduling and logistics, installation managment, permitting and interconnection, customer service and project documentation and compliance. Key skills: Organized with attention to detail Effective communicator Understand solar technology, permitting and interconnection process Ability to problem solve Proficient computer skills: MAC, Microsoft Office, Email Dependable & reliable Familiar with NEC codes Qualifications: BS in renewable energy, business/project management or related field or experience equivalent. - New Grads welcome apply! NABCEP certification or willingness to obtain. Proven experience in managing construction projects (perferably solar) from conception to completion. Strong understanding of solar technologies, construction processes, industry best practices. Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of revelant regulations and permitting processes in the solar energy sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Detail oriented. Problem solving mindset. Willingness to learn. Ability to priortize. Able to lead a team with respect.
