specializing in roofing, siding, and outdoor repair solutions. We

enhance homes. Position Overview: Were hiring a skilled Repair
Service Technician to focus on siding, roofing, and miscellaneous
exterior repairs . Youll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and
ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. Key
Responsibilities: Siding & Roofing Repairs/Installation
Repair/replace damaged siding materials (vinyl) and roofing systems
(shingles, metal). Install new siding or roofing with precision,
ensuring weather resistance and aesthetic consistency. Address
leaks, insulation gaps, and structural vulnerabilities. General
Exterior Repairs Repair gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffits, and
exterior trim. Perform caulking, sealing, and minor carpentry to
resolve weather-related damage. Troubleshoot and repair issues like
water intrusion, rot, or pest damage. Conduct thorough inspections
of siding, roofing, and exterior structures. Ensure work meets
quality standards and customer expectations. Safety & Compliance
Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols (PPE, ladder
safety, etc.). Complete service reports, take before/after photos,
and update project records. Qualifications: 2 years of hands-on
experience in siding, roofing, or exterior repairs .(Preferred)
Proficiency with tools (nail guns, circular saws, roofing nailers,
etc.) and materials.(Preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for
local travel. Physical Requirements: Lift 50 lbs, work on
ladders/scaffolding, and tolerate outdoor weather conditions. Job
Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 50
per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
