Job Description:
Legal Services Coordinator Cleveland, OH (Onsite) 06/02/2025 -
08/29/2025 Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch Parking: Not
provided; available lot 3 blocks away ($60.00/month); train and bus
system accessible Role Overview Copy, print, and mail services
Hospitality and reception Strong customer service skills required
Legal experience highly desired Mail and print elements are
trainable Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Responsibilities
Operations Management: Operate high-volume duplicating equipment
Perform copying, binding, and finishing tasks Ship and receive
products and supplies Sort, distribute, and handle
incoming/outgoing mail and faxes Apply necessary postage Equipment
Management: Perform copier maintenance and/or repairs Ensure
copiers are functioning properly Clear paper jams and coordinate
service calls Maintain records for management reports and inventory
Legal Environment Support: Handle sensitive and confidential
documents Ensure high-quality work due to the sensitive nature of
legal projects Respond to service requests and assist
executive-level customers Manage scanning, file conversion, and
electronic document processing Additional Responsibilities: Set up
meeting and conference rooms Perform light maintenance and
re-lamping duties Assist with building occupant moves Provide
support for off-site projects Maintain upkeep of convenience copier
areas Assist with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and file
formatting Perform filing and archiving tasks Use bindery
equipment, postage meters, fax machines, and PCs May require
periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including emergency
response Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED
required Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the legal industry highly desired
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of copiers and other
related equipment Basic electronics knowledge preferred
Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures Ability to utilize
hardware/software for cost recovery, document management, and
advanced workflow Skills: Strong customer service and communication
skills Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to
work independently and flexibly Knowledge of packing materials and
shipping accuracy Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals
