Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer
Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the
face of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance
to our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve
problems will play a critical role in ensuring customer
satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to
customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate
information about products, services, and policies. Resolve
customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure
resolution. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date customer records in our database. Collaborate
with team members to improve overall customer experience. Identify
opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products and
services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent;
additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer
service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational
abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and basic
computer skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in
