its doors in April 2025, and were currently building a strong
foundation with a small but growing team. Coming from a State Farm
family, this business has always been part of who I am its
something I grew up around and knew I wanted to pursue from the
start. Before opening my own office, I worked as a team member in
Baltimore, gaining hands-on experience helping customers and
learning what it takes to run a successful agency. Im a proud West
Virginia University (WVU) graduate, and outside the office, life is
busy and full my wife and I share our home with three energetic
dogs who keep us on our toes. Our office offers a supportive and
flexible environment, including a health stipend and reimbursement
for licensing costs. We believe in taking care of our people so
they can take great care of our customers. The culture here is

where hard work and good times go hand in hand. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
with Brendan Garvey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind
of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a
successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer
service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will
enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries,
coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the
needs of the community members you support. We look forward to

opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy
information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to
multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
