Customer Service and Appointment Coordinator Are you a customer

Customer Service and Appointment Coordinator, you will be at the
forefront of our team, making outbound calls, answering incoming
calls and responding to internet leads, with the goal of scheduling
appointments for our sales teams. Job Responsibilities : Make
outbound calls from our database to efficiently schedule
appointments for advisors. Answer inbound calls to assist customers
with resolving issues and answering questions. Engage in
phone-based selling activities to promote our services. Perform
additional duties as assigned to support team objectives. Required
Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and a genuine enjoyment of
scheduling appointments in a high-volume environment. Proficiency
in basic computer skills to navigate various systems and tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple new systems. Must
successfully pass a background check Set schedule Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday 8:30 am to 4 pm, Wednesday 12 pm to 7:30 pm. Alternating
Fridays or Saturdays 8:30 am to 4 pm. Join our dynamic team and
