Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active
registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A full-time Certified School Nurse (CSN) position is
available in a K-12 school located in Clairton, PA. This contract
role runs through the end of the current school year, with a start
date as soon as possible. The nurse will provide comprehensive
nursing services to approximately 800 students while collaborating
with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for support.
Responsibilities: Deliver health care and nursing assessments to
students across all grade levels (K-12) Manage student health
records and maintain compliance with Pennsylvania school health
regulations Provide first aid, medication administration, and
emergency care as needed Collaborate with school staff, families,
and healthcare providers to address student health needs Implement
health education programs and support chronic condition management
Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities, ensuring a safe
and healthy school environment Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania
Certified School Nurse (CSN) certificate required Registered Nurse
(RN) license in Pennsylvania preferred Experience working with
children and adolescents in educational settings Strong clinical
assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to collaborate
effectively with school staff and families Excellent communication,
organizational, and record-keeping abilities Location: Clairton,
Pennsylvania Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to
3:30 PM Assigned to one school serving approximately 800 K-12
