Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) to support elementary school students.
This role is based in Cleveland, OH, providing essential speech and
language services to young learners in an educational setting. Key
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and
communication disorders in elementary-aged students Collaborate
with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop
individualized education plans (IEPs) Implement therapy sessions
tailored to student needs, monitoring progress and adjusting
techniques accordingly Maintain detailed and accurate records of
student performance and therapy outcomes Participate in team
meetings and professional development opportunities to support
student success Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence
in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) required Experience
working in school environments preferred, particularly with
elementary-age children Strong communication and interpersonal
skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and
school staff Ability to manage caseload and documentation
efficiently while maintaining a positive, student-focused approach
