Your Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust packaging solutions for battery products. Focus on optimizing pallet configurations to meet industry standards and enhance transportation efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to identify packaging needs. Ensure the best materials and technologies are sourced effectively and cost-efficiently. Your Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in packaging engineering, preferably in automotive or battery manufacturing. First knowledge of packaging materials, design, and testing methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred Master’s degree in packaging engineering related field Strong knowledge of packaging materials, design, and testing methodologies. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to battery packaging. Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
