CNC Laser Operator – Full-Time Job Summary: We’re looking for a dependable person to run laser cutting machines. You’ll make sure metal parts are cut correctly and meet quality standards before they go to the customer. What You’ll Do: Run different CNC laser machines, including: A 1000W fiber laser A 1500W fiber laser A 1000W CO2 laser Do some blasting work when needed Operate more than one machine at a time while keeping an eye on quality. Check materials during cutting to make sure they meet the specs. Report any problems or defects to your supervisor. Keep your work area clean and safe. Help find and solve issues to make things run better. Be available for overtime and Saturday shifts if needed. What We’re Looking For: Experience with CNC lasers in a factory or shop is a plus. Can read blueprints or technical drawings. Know how to use measuring tools like micrometers and calipers. Good communication skills. Can lift and move heavy parts and stand for long periods.
