precision transmission work? We're seeking a dedicated Ford
Transmission Specialist to join our high-performing team. We offer

quality, we want you! Responsibilities & Duties Diagnose, repair,
and rebuild Ford transmission systems (automatic and manual) using
Ford-specific diagnostic equipment and software. Perform work
accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and
manufacturer specifications, including warranty repairs. Conduct
multi-point inspections and document all work performed on repair
orders clearly and accurately. Communicate effectively with service
advisors and the parts department to ensure seamless workflow and
customer satisfaction. Stay current with factory technical
bulletins and participate in manufacturer-sponsored training to
continuously learn new technology and procedures. Required
Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as
an automotive technician, with specific, proven experience in Ford
transmission diagnosis and repair is required. Certifications: Ford
Certification: Ford-specific certifications, such as Ford STST or
Senior Master Certification in Transmission/Powertrain, are a
significant plus ASE Certification: Relevant ASE Certifications,
particularly in Automatic Transmission/Transaxle (A2), are highly
valued. Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills using
electronic diagnostic equipment. Expert-level knowledge of
automotive mechanical and electrical systems. Dexterity and
excellent hand-eye coordination. General: A valid driver's license
with a clean driving record is mandatory. Must be willing to submit
to a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Ownership
