Job Description:

looking for a seasoned Principal Electrical Engineer - CES
(Critical Electrical Systems) to lead our engineering team within
the CES subcategory, focusing on designing and implementing robust
and sustainable energy solutions. This role requires expertise in
electrical systems, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for
sustainability and innovation. The successful candidate will ensure
optimum performance of our critical systems, prioritize energy
efficiency, and contribute to our goal of a sustainable future.
Design, develop, and maintain critical electrical systems for
efficient power distribution and energy management. Lead and mentor
a team of engineers in complex project implementations and
innovations. Oversee the integration of renewable energy sources
into existing power systems. Conduct high-level problem-solving
analysis and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with national
safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams on new technologies or system enhancements.
Prepare and review technical documents, including system
specifications and project reports. Advanced knowledge of
electrical engineering principles and practices Experience with CAD
software and other engineering tools Strong leadership and project
management skills Proficient in regulatory compliance and industry
standards Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and
decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team
