This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, machinery, and fleet maintenance Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a production or warehouse setting Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 168 lbs) regularly Familiarity with hand and power tools , diagnostic equipment, and material handling gear Strong communication skills to relay issues and coordinate with vendors and team members Organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for fleet-related tasks
