Construction - Multi-Family Project Manager

One our best clients (leading multi-family general contractor), is experiencing tremendous growth & looking to add exceptional talent to their team! They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has experience with Multi-Family Projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a top builder in the area!

Multi-Family Project Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinate and lead the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
Manage project timelines and budgets with expert precision.
Oversee all phases of construction concurrently, demonstrating a strong ability to lead construction projects effectively. Multi-Family Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family Project Management construction.
- Proven track record of managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams through all phases of construction.
- Consistent work history within the industry.
