SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Change Management will play a pivotal role in
driving organizational change initiatives within the Corporate
Engineering function. This position requires a strategic leader who
can effectively manage change processes, enhance employee
engagement, and ensure successful implementation of projects that
align with the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will
possess a deep understanding of change management methodologies and
demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills.. This
role will be responsible for embedding organizational change
management practices related to ongoing transformative change
within the Engineering function. This role will serve as a thought
leader and strategic partner guiding the Engineering leadership
team and the project team on how to implement change through
coaching, project planning, and problem-solving. This role will
develop strategies, lead, direct, coordinate and draw from a
diverse toolkit of expertise in communications, training, strategy,
and stakeholder engagement to deliver qualitative and quantitative
