The Home Recovery Care RN is part of an integrated care team that works together to provide patient-centered care to those at home.     • RN License in the State you work
    • Associates Degree or higher from an Accredited School of Nursing
    • One (1) year of RN experience required, 3-5 years preferred
    • Current Driver's License
    • Current driver's license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
    • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
    • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
