Job Description:
Join, stay, and grow with a caring team as a part-time or per
diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Provide compassionate nursing
care in a warm, home-like environment. Assess, document, and
communicate residents' health status; report changes to the care
team. Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead
Caregivers. Coordinate care with community providers and promote
resident independence. Identify and report elder abuse or neglect
per regulations. Respond effectively to emergencies and personal
response systems. Requirements include a current LPN license, CPR
certification, and 1-2 years of experience preferred. Benefits
