Location: Washington County (and surrounding area) Must have
previous Pennsylvania Program Specialist experience Salary: $55,000

This role is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful
mission driven work we do here every day. Manage the day-to-day
operations of one to four programs in a community including
organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered
planning, and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder
relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing,
training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the
physical environment. Manage program staff members including
performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation. Make
recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers,
promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.
Manage the implementation of program planning; monitor delivery of
services and supports; ensure services are consistent, engaging,
and relevant to the individuals served. Must be available on-call
to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed.
Qualifications: Master's degree and minimum one year of related
experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual
disability or autism OR Bachelor's degree and minimum two years of
related experience working directly with individuals with an
intellectual disability or autism OR Associate's degree (or 60
credit hours) and minimum four years of related experience working
directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism
Minimum two years' supervisory experience Two years of managerial
experience. Two years of experience working with adults in a
health-care setting (professional or volunteer). Ability to work as
a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated leadership
skills with motivating team and driving results. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Commitment to quality care and
the multidisciplinary team approach. Competence in CPR and First
Aid. Physical in the past 12 months with TB test. Why Join Us? Full
