Job Description Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Warren, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel osition Details: RN PCU/Stepdown IMCU 5th Floor This position will not accept local candidates. Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available) Will do 8, 13 or 16 week contracts Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday. Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs. 12 HR Days Unit Specific Details: Ratios: 1:4-5 on days and 1:5 on nights, acuity dependent. Patient Population: Mixed IMC acuity patients. Cardiac: NSTEMI, stress tests, cardioversions, TEE's. Neuro: May see some neuro patients. General: HD, AKI, CRF, GI bleeds. Repiratory: COPD, CHF, COVID. Lines/Drains/Devices: None specified. Airway: 2 rooms for stable vents/trachs. BiPAP, CPAP, High flow, etc. Vents are a preferred skill (vents are occasional on unit and would educate travelers prior to assigning). Drips: Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, Lasix. Typically non-titratable drips. Ancillary Staff: Typically 2 CNA's per shift. Unit Size: 24 beds *All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing.
