Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Indiana Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our collaborative women’s health team. Our hospitalist program partners with a robust network of obstetricians, family physicians, certified nurse midwives, and subspecialists to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to our patients. This position offers a dynamic practice environment with strong clinical support and opportunities for teaching and professional growth all in a vibrant community located between Chicago and Detroit, just minutes from the University of Notre Dame and Lake Michigan. Position Highlights: Provide OB triage, inpatient care, and deliveries for hospitalized patients Work alongside Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and Neonatologists to manage antepartum and intrapartum high-risk cases Collaborate with a team of 7 Certified Nurse Midwives Coordinate care with Pediatrix Neonatology physicians to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes Level III NICU and Level III Perinatal Center Level II Trauma Center with MedFlight and specialized maternal OB transport team 10 birthing suites, averaging 3 deliveries per 24-hour shift (approx. 2,000 deliveries annually) Participate in teaching and other clinical activities within the OB Hospitalist program Schedule : 3-6 shifts/month. 24-hour shifts providing OB Hospitalist care working side by side with an outstanding group of neonatologists and maternal fetal medicine physicians; the option for 12 hour shifts is available Requirements Board Certified in OB/GYN – Required Indiana license or IMLC compact eligibility Minimum 1 year of post-residency experience Recent OBGYN clinical experience (within 12 months)
