Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a part-time Occupational Therapist to support a K-12 school setting in Lorain, OH. This is a leave contract position starting in March and continuing through the remainder of the school year. Key responsibilities include: Providing occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 25 students across grades K-12 Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy interventions Collaborating with school staff and families to support student progress Maintaining accurate documentation and billing Medicaid for relevant services Position details: Part-time, working 2.5 days per week (18.75 hours) Contract role covering a leave of absence Must hold a valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license Ability to bill Medicaid is required Desired qualifications: Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred Comfort serving a diverse caseload of students with varying needs Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to student-centered care and collaboration with educational teams This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives and learning experiences of K-12 students.
