Job Description:

and skilled Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to head our medical team
across our clinics nationwide. The ideal candidate will be a
strategic leader, providing visionary medical oversight and
embedding innovative care practices to enhance patient outcomes.
This executive role is crucial in defining and implementing medical
policies, managing clinical aspects of operations, and leading
continuous improvement of our healthcare deliverables. Develop and
implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality
healthcare delivery. Lead, recruit, and manage a diverse medical
staff across various clinics nationwide. Oversee clinical
competency, training, and development of staff. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and maintain accreditation standards.
Analyze clinical data and reports to drive healthcare outcomes and
efficiency. Collaborate with other senior management to align
clinical services with strategic business goals. Act as the primary
medical representative in external functions and regulatory
discussions. Promote a collaborative and innovative culture within
the medical department. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thorough knowledge
of healthcare regulations and medical laws Expertise in developing
and implementing clinical protocols Ability to lead and motivate a
