Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health and counseling services to a varied caseload. This includes: Clinical Service Delivery:Provide individual, family, and group counseling services tochildren, adults, and families. Flexible Modalities:Deliver services across multiple settings, includingschool-based, in-home, in-office, and telehealth(remote) sessions, tailoring the approach to meet client needs and company requirements. Assessment & Treatment:Conduct thorough initial assessments, develop personalized, measurable treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of mental health and behavioral challenges. Collaboration:Coordinate care effectively with parents, guardians, school personnel, and other community providers to ensure holistic support for clients. Documentation:Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical, legal, and company standards. QualificationsRequired: Masters Degree inSocial Work (MSW),Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university. Current, unrestricted professional license (e.g., LSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of practice, or be a clinical supervisee with appropriate credentials. Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing counseling services to diverse populations, including experience with children and families. Proficiency and comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Preferred: Experience working collaboratively within aschool-basedsetting. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a full caseload effectively.
