This role involves visiting several patients throughout the day , providing vital assistance in daily living and personal care, and following individualized care plans to ensure their well-being. Responsibilities: Personal Care:Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care tasks to ensure their comfort and dignity. Care Plan Execution:Follow and deliver the specific care outlined in the patients plan during scheduled home visits throughout the day. Requirements: Proven experience as aHome Health AideorHome Care Aide. Knowledge of basic nutrition, personal hygiene standards, and care protocols.
