Night shifts, 4 -12 hour shifts Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived.
