Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Required Credentials: • PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. • BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case • Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) must be nicotine free - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. • NIH Stroke Certification: AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Healthstream Certs are not acceptable. Must be updated every year unless cert states two years. • Drivers License/State ID: Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. • 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. Unit/Facility Details: Facility has a strict do not call policy Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Shift & Scheduling: • D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, if needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.) • Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
