March 13, 2026 Requirements (Non-Negotiable) - Minimum 18 months of
recent dialysis experience - Must have 18 months of permanent
dialysis experience prior to travel assignments - Active Ohio RN
license (or Compact license, if applicable) at time of submission -
BLS and ACLS (AHA or client) – active - Two recent manager-level
references (Manager, ANM, Supervisor, or Director) from the
specialty within the past 12 months - Travel experience preferred -
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions
