Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine. • 24 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: RNs required to titrate drips with exceptions: heparin, bumex, lasix. Unit and facility details: Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation. Floating Requirements: Floating and shift pull rotation. May be floated to any other MS, MS-Tele, or IMC for lower acuity pts on the floor. Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
