Nursing - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel contract) - Shift:

Requirements / Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in Ohio - BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
- ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift) - Minimum 1
year of bedside clinical experience (2 years highly desired) -
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in LTAC, post-acute, or
rehabilitation nursing (preferred) - Familiarity with
ventilator/tracheostomy care, wound care, and complex medical
patients (preferred) - Previous travel nursing or contract RN
experience (preferred) Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive
nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for LTAC
patients - Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified
Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees - Provide direct patient
care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation - Document all assessments,
interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely
manner - Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and
contribute to patient rehabilitation programs - Initiate discharge
planning and provide patient/family education from admission -
Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital safety
policies and procedures - Delegate tasks appropriately and provide
direction and support to ancillary staff - Maintain open
communication with physicians, charge nurses, and other team
members to ensure continuity of care - Engage in professional
