Job Description Job Title: Travel Mammography Technologist Location - Commerce Township, Michigan Shift: 5x8 Day Shift (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team on a travel assignment. The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic mammography exams while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging for physician interpretation. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic mammographic examinations according to established protocols. Verify patient identity and review medical records to ensure exam appropriateness. Explain procedures clearly to patients and address any questions or concerns. Prepare and operate mammography equipment to capture high-quality images. Review images for quality and completeness before submitting to the radiologist. Document any deviations from protocols and communicate findings to the radiologist. Maintain a safe and clean imaging environment while adhering to all safety guidelines. Requirements: Active Mammography Technologist certification (ARRT – Mammography preferred).
