(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This role calls for
expertise in nursing within an Operating Room Team (ORT)
environment, offering a unique opportunity to work a rotating
12-hour day/night schedule. The position requires a commitment to a
36-hour workweek, with all shifts rotating between days, evenings,
and nights. Availability for call shifts on weekdays and/or
weekends, as well as weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday), is a
key requirement. Orientation week will involve a different

within the Operating Room Team (ORT) settings Participate in
rotating shifts including days, evenings, and nights to support
surgical operations Respond to call shifts as scheduled on weekdays
and weekends Maintain compliance with facility policies, including
infection control and safety protocols Collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in nursing,
specifically within an OR or surgical team setting Ability to adapt
to rotating shifts and call responsibilities Compliance with flu
and COVID-19 vaccination requirements; medical and religious
exemptions considered Commitment to professional standards and
timely communication relating to shift offers and scheduling
commitments Additional Details: Navy blue scrubs required as part
of the dress code Candidates living within 50 miles may be eligible
for a local rate arrangement Offers must be accepted or declined
within 48 hours to maintain the opportunity Time off requests are
