to take over a high-revenue patient base in a fully equipped,
turnkey practice. Position: Full autonomy - No corporate oversight, practice as a true
professional Must be comfortable with Molar Endodontics, Crown/Bridge,
Extractions/Dentures, comprehensive treatment planning All sedation options available - Allowing for larger,
full-treatment cases and higher production 70% direct patient pay - Patients pay in full prior to
treatment, maximizing collections No capitation, HMO, Medicare, or Medicaid - Only FFS & select
PPOs Extensive marketing support - High volume of new patients ready
for treatment Offering: Top-Tier Compensation - Earn $350K-$650K+ annually with 34-40%
of collections $10K sign-on/relocation assistance Student loan reimbursement $1,200 Continuing Education Allowance (credentialing &
