Job Description:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring compliance with
JDK’s standards for quality and service. Manage and train staff,
fostering a collaborative environment to improve service delivery.
Monitor and maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality
goals. Ensure the dining establishment complies with health and
safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with
grace, ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other
departments to optimize the guest experience across services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability without
compromising on quality or customer experience. Prepare detailed
reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Proven leadership and business management skills Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Deep understanding of and
ability to adhere to health and safety regulations Proficiency in
managing budgets and financial plans Capable of using restaurant
management software Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making

Insurance 401k Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) Certification
in Hospitality Management preferred but not required
