Marriott International, a premier global lodging leader with a vast presence across 139 countries, seeks a Dishwashing Supervisor for our Food & Beverage Operations team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a brilliant service experience that aligns with Marriott's legacy of hospitality excellence. The Dishwashing Supervisor will oversee the dishwashing team, manage supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and coordinate activities of the dishwashing team. Ensure the cleaning schedule is followed and all sanitation standards are met. Maintain inventory and order dishwashing supplies as necessary. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all dishwashing equipment. Train new staff and provide ongoing training for all dishwashing personnel. Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant managers to ensure operational coherence. Handle and resolve any issues related to the dishwashing section. Proven ability to manage and lead a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations. Competence in inventory management. Proficiency in maintaining and operating dishwashing equipment.
