Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join
our Crimson Catering team at Indiana University of Pennsylvania
(IUP) Dining Services. In this role, you will assist with the
culinary operations and contribute to providing exceptional food
service to our dining guests. With a commitment to sustainability

professionals can learn and grow. As a Sous Chef, you will support
our mission to deliver innovative and delicious food solutions that
contribute to a positive dining experience. Assist the Executive
Chef in menu planning and execution Ensure high culinary standards
and operations comply with Aramark and health department
regulations Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques
and sanitation practices Manage kitchen inventory and order
supplies Participate in catering and special event preparation
Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure maintenance needs are met
Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer
satisfaction Strong cooking and culinary skills Excellent
leadership and team management Proficient in inventory management
and cost control Adept at menu planning and food preparation Strong
organizational and communication skills Ability to work flexibly
and efficiently under pressure ServSafe Certification ACF Certified
Culinarian (optional but beneficial)
