Job Description:
Our client, a prominent organization in the hospitality and
event support industry, is seeking dedicated Mail Room Associates
to join their team. As a Mail Room Associate, you will be an
integral part of the operations team supporting a high-profile
event during the NFL draft. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
professionalism, excellent communication skills, reliability,
adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Mail Room
Associates Location: Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: $25/hr Shift: 8 a.m.
to 6 p.m., 7 days a week, with potential for extended hours beyond
6 p.m. What's the Job? Deliver essential items and packages within
the hotel during the NFL draft event Maintain professionalism and
clear communication with hotel staff and event personnel Assist in
organizing and managing mail and deliveries efficiently Support the
smooth operation of the mailroom during a high-traffic event Adapt
to dynamic schedules and work extended hours as needed What's
Needed? Strong communication skills and professionalism Ability to
work long hours, including weekends and late evenings Reliability
and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in mailroom or delivery roles is a plus but not
