(Director of Human Resource Management): Lead the development HR
strategies that support talent acquisition, retention, and growth
Partner with department heads to drive organizational development,
workforce planning, and succession efforts Oversee employee
relations, compliance, and policy implementation with a
solutions-oriented mindset Champion professional development
initiatives that are data-driven and employee-informed
Qualifications (Director of Human Resource Management): 5 years of
progressive HR leadership experience, including managing people and
programs Proven ability to align HR strategy with business goals
and influence senior leadership Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP/SCP preferred, not
