Job Description:
Introduction Join our dynamic team as a Finished Goods Manager,
where you will lead our efforts in ensuring the seamless management
and distribution of our high-quality products. In this pivotal
role, you will oversee the inventory, storage, and shipment of
finished goods, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer
satisfaction. Your expertise will drive improvements in our
logistics processes and support our commitment to excellence. Job
Responsibilities - Oversee the storage and distribution of finished
goods in alignment with company policies and procedures. - Manage
inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce
excess inventory costs. - Coordinate with production, sales, and
logistics teams to streamline operations and improve supply chain
efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies for improving
warehouse operations and product handling. - Ensure compliance with
safety and quality standards in warehousing and distribution
processes. - Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels,
warehouse productivity, and logistics performance. - Lead and
supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development
opportunities. - Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve
any issues related to finished goods. - Implement and maintain
systems for tracking finished goods and managing inventory records.
- Monitor and assess the performance of logistics partners and
service providers. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure timely
and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to customers. -
Coordinate with the finance department to manage budgeting and cost
control measures related to finished goods. - Identify and mitigate
risks related to storage and distribution of finished goods. -
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with
company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements -
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business
Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of
experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar
role - Proven experience in packaging operations and inventory
management - Strong understanding of warehouse management systems
(WMS) and software applications - Excellent leadership and team
management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel -
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to
lift and move heavy objects, if necessary - Knowledge of safety and
regulatory compliance standards in warehouse operations - Ability
to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as
