Job Description Job Description Our client, a leader in sustainable manufacturing, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of compost filter socks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Bethel Park, PA Pay Range: $20/hr Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM What's the Job? Perform general hands-on labor in the production of compost filter socks Conform to all quality, safety, and environmental requirements and procedures Read and follow instructions on orders accurately Pull stock using proper equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace Participate in continuous improvement processes and suggest enhancements What's Needed? Ability to lift between 50-100 pounds safely Good physical condition and stamina Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols Ability to work effectively in a team environment Forklift experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided on-site What's in it for me?
