RESPONSIBILITIES Safety is priority 1 at Millwood Inc. Pallet
Company Adhere to all plant safety rules, procedures, and
guidelines. Reports all safety concerns or issues to immediate
supervisor. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Execute
daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner
while maintaining high quality standards. Inspects and repairs
pallets for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards
and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris, and
contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification
criteria. Lift and carry materials as needed. Assist in waste
disposal and recycling activities. Operate equipment as directed by
equipment data sheets. Sort and stack pallets and materials by size
and grade utilizing APC methods Complete and turn in all required
documentation in a timely manner. Assures compliance with
appropriate safety practices and procedures with applicable
federal, State and local codes, OSHA regulations and requirements.
All other duties as assigned by management. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
REQUIREMENTS Ability to read and interpret imperial system. Ability
to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment with little direction. Successful completion of
pneumatic nailer training. Ability to produce quality products
consistently. Ability to follow instructions Ability to lift heavy
items repeatedly on a daily basis. Willingness to learn and work to
the best of his/her abilities Ability to work in an outdoor
environment with extreme heat, cold and moisture. Pay information:
